Technical Terms for Apartments and Maisonetts Print E-mail

1. FOUNDATION: Footing will be of a system of damp-proof course foundation according to the underground peculiarities and (static calculations) and will be constructed of reinforced concrete as per pains and calculations.
    
 2. MAIN FRAME: Will generally be of reinforced concrete. All horizontal slabs will be of fair-face.

3. ROOF: It will be a slab of reinforced concrete and will be properly waterproofed.


4. WALLS: Interior walls will be constructed of building blocks 10cm thick and in dimensions specified on plans. Exterior walls will be constructed of hollow building blocks 20cm thick.


5. PLASTERING: The interior walls on ground and first floors in all houses and maissonetes will be covered with three lames of white plaster.


6. WALL DRESSINGS: In all toilet and bathroom walls colored porcelain wall tiles will be installed to the height of 2.10m.In the kitchen room the same kind of wall tiles will be used in areas between counters and cabinets as well as on wall areas around laundry machine and refrigerator up to 2.10m high. General Price is CYP:£7.00/sq.m. €11, 90.00


7. FLOORS: A. In family living dining and bedrooms is to install ceramic tile with cost price CY: £ 7.00sq.m € 11, 90.00

B. In all toilet and bathrooms we also use ceramic tile with cost price CYP:£7.00/sq.m. € 11, 90.00

C. The path from border to the main entrance and garage space will be constructed of concrete and to the main entrance will be constructed of stamp concrete as shown in plans.

8. MARBLE BASEBOARD: Wherever marble floor exists, marble bulldoze baseboard of same quality and colors will installed.


9. EXTERIOR PLASTERING: Walls on the outside will receive two coats of plaster and paint.


10. MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR: Will be made of aluminum panel with a patent groove shape according to plans. Door frame as well as the door itself. Price CY £ 300. € 5, 10.00


11. EXTERIOR DOOR AND WINDOWS: Ground floor all glasses will be double glazing and the color of aluminum will be white.

1st floor all glasses will be single glazing and the aluminum doors will have shatters.

A. Kitchen door will be made of aluminum white color.

B. Bathroom windows will be made of same color and material.

 

12. INTERIOR DOORS: All doors will be made of manufacture OAK. and will take one undercoat and finished with grime spray. Frames will be of Swedish timber and finished with oil paint.


13. BEDROOM CLOSETS AND KITCHEN COUNTERS: All bedrooms closets will be build-in melamine wood-board inside and manufacture OAK. Outside and will be finished with grime spray. Kitchen counters will be made to plans with oak manufacture wood. The top cover will be marble garnet. Price for this would be CY£ 70.00 per m2. € 119, 60.00 per m2.


14. SANITARY UTENSILS: Bathroom and lavatory utensils of good quality colored porcelain will be installed with all accessories e.g. water mixer tap, soap dishes, and mirrored.          COST PRICE:

15. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION: Will be covered according to plans and the approval of AHK (Cyprus electricity Authority).Telephone cable and TV antenna pipelines will be installed in each residence. In the house their   have one point of TV and one TL in each room. Also it will have a provision for satellite antenna. The fittings chandeliers etc. will not be included.

16. PLUMBING AND SEWAGE SYSTEMS: All plumbing and sewage installation will be buried and consist of plastic pipe in pipe system according to plans. Drawings each residence solar water heater with one ton capacity PVC water tank.

17. METAL PROTECTIVE QUARTS: All exterior quarts will be made off aluminum and according to plans.

18. PAINTING: All interior walls will take magnolia emulsion paint. Toilette and bath ceiling will be oil painted. All exterior wood surfaces will be painted with wood protection PX65. All other wood frame and door surfaces will take oil paint finish.

19. FENCING: Will be all around and in between residences the will be concrete and paint as well.

20. YARD: The yard space in general will be shaped from clean dirt and with inclination in the direction of the front face road for each lot.

21. STAIRCASE: It will take ceramic as the floor. The rails will be of aluminum of vertical shape.

22. AIR CONDITION: all air conditions will be provided in all rooms.

23. WATER SYSTEM: The will be a water pressure system.
